To get this we carefully make run-out procedure using wheel clamp compensators.\n\n<img class=\"size-full wp-image-84 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.geoluxtest.ig.pl\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ilustracja3en.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"388\" height=\"331\">\n<ol>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n \t<li>Laser beam transverse. For fastening the measuring head on the wheel clamp<\/li>\n \t<li>Standard adapter hole for attachment to the wheel clamp<\/li>\n \t<li>Additional adaptor hole, used by alignment of cars with low front end<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Wheel clamp with run-out compensator, self-centring<\/span><\/h4>\n<img class=\"size-full wp-image-122 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.geoluxtest.ig.pl\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ilustracja4-english.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"537\" height=\"302\">\n\nThe jaws of the wheel clamp can be turned for clamping inside or outside on the rim.\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Carry out of measurement<\/span><\/h4>\nIn order to assure correct wheel alignment, all wheels of the vehicle should be located on an area which is level in transverse and longitudinal direction.\n\n<img class=\"size-full wp-image-68 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.geoluxtest.ig.pl\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ilustracja5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"618\" height=\"135\">\n\nThe suspension, steering system and wheels should be serviced to normal condition prior to wheel alignment.\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Attaching the wheel aligner<\/span><\/h4>\n<img class=\"size-full wp-image-69 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.geoluxtest.ig.pl\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ilustracja6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"222\">\n\nWe attach clamps on a front wheels , scales on rear wheels and the measuring units on a clamp pivots.\n\nTo make sure of perfect pivot alignment with the wheel rotating axle we start a run-out procedure.\n\nTherefore we rise a front of a car\n\n<img class=\"size-full wp-image-70 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.geoluxtest.ig.pl\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ilustracja7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"466\" height=\"157\">\n\nAnd rotate a wheel observing a laser spot on a rear scale\n\n<img class=\"size-full wp-image-71 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.geoluxtest.ig.pl\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ilustracja8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"461\" height=\"141\">\n\nIf the spot is moving aside of center value we perform run-out procedure.\nAfter this, laser beam doesn\u2019t move aside and stays in the center.\n\n<img class=\"size-full wp-image-72 alignnone aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.geoluxtest.ig.pl\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ilustracja9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"148\" height=\"141\">\n\nAfterward we lower the car and apply brake pedal depressor and steering wheel lock (after setting in a center position).\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Front axle measurement<\/span><\/h4>\nAfter previous preparations we are ready to read angle values of front axle, assuming that rear axle thrust angle is close to zero.\n\n<img class=\"size-full wp-image-73 alignnone aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.geoluxtest.ig.pl\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/ilustracja10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"381\" height=\"345\">\n\nFront wheels should be steered until the readings on left and right scale at the rear wheels are the same (A = B). The front wheels are now in straight ahead position.\n\nNow we can directly read toe and camber values. In most cases is enough.
